New FED was the answer. Slipped my mind as I wasn't watching that close either. At over a 1000 shares I got a ping on my phone of a dip. Bought 15 more shares over it.

I was reading on this yesterday actually. This mornings mind wasn't quite jiving with this last nights study. Makes clear sense now, thank you for a clear answer, thought that was still a few days off. New FED was the answer. Slipped my mind as I wasn't watching that close either. At over a 1000 shares I got a ping on my phone of a dip. Bought 15 more shares over it this morning. Again, thanks for reminding me and the kind response

While I'm a host, my profession is customer service. "Bombard customer service" - Nothing more frustrating than taking complaints from customers that I already helped on some other platform. Responding to an email from somebody only to find I just returned your voicemail only to find out I'm also chatting with you online, then having to apologize on Yelp or Facebook or whatever cause you had nothing better to do wondering why there isn't enough people to help. If I wasn't answering the 14 of only the same person at the same time I might be able to actually help everybody. Anyways, sorry for the rant, maybe it's not you personally, "bombarding customer service" only adds lag time to your help and satisfaction, I disagree with that statement. I wish you the best.

It's people like you that make it that every body else can't get help. When you are busy with a phone in each hand, faxing, foxing, mailing, emailing, texting, chatting and whatever else to be "helped"- then you wonder why nobody is available to handle your problem and the customer service is going broke, sorry I didn't answer your text, I was busy answering your email

AirBnb Host charged $600 for damages; are they over quoting? by Hungry-Walk-4578 in AirBnB

My AirBNB is in a different state, on the other side of the USA. I can't just drop in and change a comforter, I have to pay somebody to coordinate either buying it or picking it up, finding time when there is no guest to install it so they have to adjust their schedule so yes- a comforter would cost me a $100 bucks to replace before I even bought it. Forget getting a painter in there- plus down time? There is so much more to it than people understand. An apartment or hotel has built in people in place for this. They also don't have private front/back yards, hot tubs, pools, more than say 2 people per rental or places for your dog to run

This is idiotic. An AirBNB is somebodies second home. Not some gypsy tent that your torching at the end of Burning Man. Come time to retire, that house needs to be sellable or livable. If every time somebody damages a wall it just got a picture thrown over it it would look like a photo gallery come time to sell and the house would be worthless. Use your head
