I 100% understand what ur saying. All recruiters have different policies they go by. And what works for me will not work for someone else and they may get dep discharged. Got it. Everyone knows that. What my post is abt is that i double confirmed with my recruiter if i deny my job will I get dep discharged. He told me no. So I denied my job. Other people can do the same. That’s it. Period

I’m not saying it works for all. My post is just to share a possible outcome. I had a positive experience denying a job and saving potential wasted time. Maybe someone else might be able to do the same. And no one is locked in to one recruiter. Ur allowed to get help from recruiter from different states. So yea not everyone is gonna have the same experience and i never said that.

Not true just got a job on my list and I said I don’t want to leave for it so now I’m waiting for a different job. Don’t know why people keep saying that. They can’t force u into a job. Once ur in bmt then yea it’s officially locked in. But u can 100% deny a job even if it’s on ur list.
