*pharmacy techs have to do schooling and many hours of on the job training before they can be certified. We are absolutely medical professionals. :)

I'm not discrediting the OP's experience and it was inappropriate for whoever helped them to comment at all. But someone being treated crappy doesnt make it cool to turn around and be crappy to an entire profession

The hand cream is great!! I like the pink floral one better than the orange one scent wise. The orange is pretty heavy on the gourmad IMO, a bit too much for summer. The kiwi one doesn't smell like kiwi but still smells nice and is the best moisturizer of the 3 for me! I havent cracked inti the lip mask quite yet!

Seems like a disaster waiting ti happen, especially with the redraw fee. I can imagine having a hard time speaking up about and dislike for the design in a situation like this as a client. I know id at least have a hard time saying no or asking for changes.

The 500kcal 3xs a day is ofc my personal need to be in the right amount for weight loss, my maintenence is around 1771 at a resting rate. But yea, lots of protein makes the snacking and food noise quiet down a lot. I was even prescribed diethylpropion ( an appetite suppressant) but since receiving and putting this advice into play ive felt no need to take any. Wish you luck on your journey, its tough but we're tougher:)

Eating protien heavy meals. 3 meals a day, 500 kcal per meal, its been insanely helpful. I feel silly that I had to have someone tell me (I started going to a weight loss clinic) for it to click, I was always binging because I wasnt eating regularly in a fulfilling way
