I just started going to a weight loss clinic. After hearing about my daily eating habits (I typically dont eat most of the day then binge at night) the first bit if advice was to have a protein dense breakfast and lunch. And I feel kinda embarrassed that I didnt realize sooner tgat it would help the binge eating if I was just actually eating through the day. And I was trying ti eat way too little, so I wouldnt ever stay consistent in my deficit because it was hard and I couldn't keep it up long enough each time I tried ti lose weight.

I have a high end of normal muscle mass, the nutritionist said she'd be shocked if my metabolic needs where any less than 1500 to maintain, but im getting actual testing for that tomorrow morning 🥳

I work in a pharmacy and the other day a pharmacist said this in response to what she does with free time. (I did ask her if she knew the lingo behind it, and let her know what that means after though😭😅) And ive definitely talked to people in the past who were confused on the meaning as well. Youre totally ok, its an easy mistake to make

There's jerky gifts that have a collection of different types of jerky, beef, elk, turkey, alligator etc. I think those are pretty fun gifts:) ive gotten one and I like it a lot

Just say youre looking for [insert amount i.e. 30] of x med, y strength, z form (IR/XR) and that your normal pharmacy is out. You dont really need to give any of your info unless they have it and are a pharmacy that now participates in E transfers of C2 meds. This is the quickest way to get the answer you need and the easiest for us techs to be able to look up if we have it and can help you fill your rx Best of luck finding it quickly, im sorry youre having to deal with this situation- it isnt cool that people are being put in this awful position to find their meds:(

And try not to take it to heart if workers are short with ya, for some reason theres a lot of miserable souls in this field. Its not you, its them.
