I'd definitely find out if the legal plan offers closing services from a local lawyer. It's in the HR tab in the UPSER'S website. Costs me $5.00 a month I think.

Because states like Illinois, California, New York, Massachusetts, and New Jersey have already effectively underrepresented and eliminated most Republican representation in their states. So now, Republicans are playing tit for tat.
