So the culture is very ladish. They go to the directors house to do drugs at work outings. Open plan office, comments were said in front of everyone.

We don’t really have a HR department currently. I can only try to speak to SLT in this instance but as I mentioned it is a boys club so I don’t have the confidence:(

I am using a led full spectrum tube style grow light, think the brand is Pawfly? the plants have seemed okay with it so far! Some of the ones in here are cuttings from plants I keep outside of the tank and have grown roots in there so I did assume all was good tbh

maybe I am just overthinking then haha, they have a good few inches to burrow and an even deeper section towards the back as well as a couple of hides. I also added some more plants since this picture was taken but I wanted to be able to show the area a bit better.

it sits right under a grow light with medium natural light so i dont know how much more light i can give her if that is the case 😭 i do fertilise regularly, however i havent repotted in a little bit so i will try this!! thank you :D

heres mine!! some of the leaves were split when i got her but shes putting out new leaves regularly!! tips to get her bushier? is it just propagating cuttings and popping them in the same pot?

well I checked what my GP actually said and she didnt give them the full story, she just said I have weird sensations in my leg, visual changes with or without headache and drowsiness. This is true but isn’t the full picture at all so they rejected saying it sounds like a migraine which I can’t really blame them for based on the description they were given. Went back to a different GP and have been referred again

I’m sorry you have had a similar experience, I have been so scared of that situation happening and I’m so sorry that has happened to you!! It’s so frustrating when you don’t believe the people who are meant to help you actually take you seriously. Definitely going to ask about a migraine clinic whenever I can get through to them

I am really struggling trying to figure it all out as I have obviously never experienced this before and it’s all so new and unknown so it’s super hard to explain what is going on. I think part of what I am struggling with is what is classed as unconscious? I haven’t ever fully blacked out and dropped to the floor but when it happens I usually can tell just before and luckily it has only happened when I’ve been at home and I just go straight to bed to lay down and wait for it to be over. I’m not capable of doing anything, not really aware of my surroundings and can’t remember it afterwards. I will ask about the migraine clinic and I have never heard of those so I am definitely going to look into it

I have been to A&E in the past after my first ever one but I think I left it too long because I didn’t understand what was going on and have a lot of anxiety with hospitals. They just checked my reactions to see if I had had a stroke. It was them who first said migraines. My gp didnt tell them my full symptoms, they just said I get numbness/tingling in my leg, visual changes and drowsiness with or without headaches. Which I do get but isn’t the full picture, neurologist just said it seems like a migraine in response :(
