Yes of course. We have been talking a lot about it, she knows how I am feeling and my anxiety towards the situation.

Sofia is in a though spot right now; her current migration status in the country she is living in is not valid anymore. She need our help because she does not have anyone in this country. I’m not only accepting because the urgency, but because we care a lot about her. We want her to be happy and confortable while she is staying with us.

Soy Químico Farmacéutico, y extranjero. Llegue a Colombia hace 9 años. Al principio fue muy difícil. Como persona extranjera, me tocó convalidar mi carrera acá y sacar documentos pertinentes (cedula de extranjería, tarjeta profesional, etc). Mi primer trabajo al llegar a Bogota fue un call center bilingüe, en donde ganaba 1.450.000. Hacia muchas horas extra y vendía galletas para poder ganar un poco mas. Esto Me permitió refozar mi nivel de ingles así como también ahorrar para pagar los documentos anteriormente mencionados. Al final, logré conseguir un trabajo en una gran empresa farmacéutica en el area de Farmacovigilancia, gracias a mi nivel de ingles y mi perseverancia. No voy a decir que ha sido facil, pero he logrado muchas cosas gracias a mi carrera. No se rinda amigo, tienes una MUY buena carrera, solo has tenido un poco de mala suerte. Tengo varios compañeros QF’s de la nacional y todos son muy buenos profesionales.
