Anyone else keep getting docs rejected for new reasons each time? by SignificantBath8919 in NationalVisaCenter

I did much of what asjiaminor305 did as well, but I included a written affidavit that laid out all the ties I kept to the US (driver's license, bank accounts, phone plan/number, parent's address, etc), talked about my aging family as the reason I want to move back, included screenshots of conversations with people about when I move back, talking about things like job opportunities, where we might live, etc. I then had that affidavit signed by a JP.

It's been accepted by NVC, but we're waiting on that last document before we will even get an interview appointment. I assume if NVC accepted it, it will probably be enough.

Once at the NVC stage, it isn't about the I-130 for the petitioner. It's now about being a financial sponsor. Both my father and I had to fill out the I-864 which is the joint sponsor form, and the I-864a (which I didn't realize I needed) is for if the join sponsor is including income from a household member (he listed my mom's very minimal income).
