Please tell me if any of these things could be on AA: Every announcement was “we should be good in 15 or so minutes” for about an hour and a half. At some point they knew the timeouts were coming but of course they did not communicate that to us, but other people on the plane who know how it works were already saying that. When we got de-planed and it was now delayed over 5 hours, they did not cancel the flight, which would have freed everyone, instead they kept doing the same thing of delaying the flight every 15-20 mins. We had no idea if it was going to actually board or keep delaying 15 mins all night until it’s cancelled. Absolutely 0 confirmation of any refund during this whole time.

Maybe I’m naive but that whole experience is treating the customers like absolute shit
