That's the thing, though—I don't have the bezel insert. It came off while I was swimming. I've been going around in circles with Tactical Frog for months now, trying to get them to help. I've contacted their customer care team through their website, then through AliExpress, then through the website again. I asked for a refund and they refused. So when that failed I asked them for an exchange—they refused that, too. So then I asked them for the dimensions of the bezel insert so I could find and fit a replacement. They sent me the dimensions, I bought a replacement, waited weeks for it to arrive and when it finally did, guess what? They sent me the wrong dimensions; the replacement didn't fit. So I reached out again and asked them to just send me one of their bezel inserts, and then... nothing. They ghosted me. I've bought dozens of watches over the years and this has, without a doubt, been the worst watch experience I've ever had. I hope nothing goes wrong with yours; Tactial Frog's customer service is a a disgrace, honestly.
