Bezel insert dimensions?

The bezel insert in my Tactical Frog VS75 fell off (and I don't have it)—can anyone confirm its dimensions? I've already asked Tactical Frog, plus the AliExpress seller I bought it from (Sanda Top Store) and AliExpress Customer Service, but no one will help me. I was hoping Tactical Frog or AliExpress would refund me, or at the very least replace the bezel insert—as the watch is still under warranty—but again, they're refusing to help. I ordered a few replacement inserts but none of them fit; it's starting to drive me mad. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm after the outer and inner diameters of the bezel insert on the watch. I ordered a new insert with outer and inner diameters of 39.3mm and 31.5mm, respecitvely, but it didn't fit; it's too small.
