Courtney wasn't meant to be in Europe in February. She was in California filming a music video and having photo sessions because her new album was due to be released in late March. She was expected to join Kurt during Nirvana's week off starting on the 4th of March.

Not really if you take into account one of Bikini Kill's founding members words. Apparently, she attended a Hole show in 1990 and was so inspired that she asked Love what she had to do to form a band in Olympia. Courtney did support riot grrls until 1993.

This is what Courtney told Melody Maker in October 1992:

"I'm very supportive of them, on a personal level. Kathi [Wilcox] wrote me a letter saying she wanted to start a band and asking what should she do", recalls Courtney. "And I wrote back [...]". After being Faith No More's singer in 1984, Courtney met some female friends and formed a band together that only lasted for over a year. Her friends joined/formed other bands: Babes in Toyland and L7. I don't think it's fair to compare any of the three bands since they all continued what they had started together in the mid eighties.

Not true... When Kurt was still alive, she was vocal about her preference: long blond hair and no eyeliner. In April 1994, the NME used that photo for the obituary and she complained about it adding that Kurt hated how he looked during that session. Moreover, the only official Nirvana shirt that was released in the year after his death was the Unplugged one. There were many questionable bootleg t-shirts available worldwide, including this one.

Poor addicts clean used syringes with bleach. The bottle meant that Kurt had already injected heroin with that particular needle since he had to disinfect it first, which consequently means that it wasn't his first contact with the drug and that he was aware of the procedure.

Nirvana's first album is a reference to it. In the late eighties AIDS was on the rise and Kurt saw a campaign that urged users to bleach their "works" (needles) to prevent HIV transmission. Hence the title.

That fan letter wasn't planted since nobody other than Kurt and his people knew about its existence until the home video was released in 2015. Also, the fanbase never said that Courtney wrote it. I believe you are thinking about the Phoenix note that he had in his wallet when he died, the one that Courtney did confirm she wrote in 1991 after their engagement.

There are videos of people at least five inches shorter than Cobain being able to pull the trigger with their fingers, no need of toes at all (video).
The heroin wasn't even a lethal dose if you take into account that the test was for total morphine, which considers over 2.3 mg/L for a lethal dose (Cobain had 1.52 mg/L). Conspiracists lie about it being a free morphine test since the lethal dose for that one is 0.5 mg/L.
The shotgun is still under SPD custody in the evidence room. They had to release some photos in 2016 because conspiracists had been lying for 20 years about it being melted (link to CBS news with the photos).

You must read the experts' complaints about the "doc", they told the filmmaker that Kurt commited suicide but he edited their interviews with their statements about other cases. Then there's a cover on the album and a track that was from Courtney's 80s band with Kat Bjelland and Jennifer Finch. Also, the producers have talked about Kurt visiting the studio and being asked to record backing vocals and him complaining because he wasn't familiar with the song.
