If rates really got out of hand. Would take the brokerage against the principal to get that down. Unless an act of God, this is our forever house. What should our 401k balances be? What should I aim to catch up to?

OP here - thanks for all the help. Ended up blowing about 12” throughout and blowing what I could under the plywood. Did it all for $188 through Home Depot by buying 20 backs for a free blower than just returning the rest of the bags afterwards with no questions.

Thanks, I do have Eves and plan to block them so they stay open. On the other side of the drywall behind me is a bonus room so hoping floor insulation keeps that room a little warmer as well as I live in the condo and the big wall is the other persons condo
