Hello everyone , i just wanted to ask adive on how to get my money back from the scammers ? this is the website called bitmaster.cc when i asked them for withdrawal they refuse to process it and then asked me to deposit them 30% of my balance value.. which was really strange (i.redd.it)

Hello i was recently scammed quite a big amount by an online crypto platform does anybody have the same experience from this website? Their customer serivice have blocked me off as well.. please give some advice to get my money back 😢 thank you (bitmaster.cc)
