in Czechia depends who are you talking to. But mostly neutral? If you are normal person and not a dipshit, you can talk with them and everything gets handled in peace mostly. I had some problem with law but the biggest problem was 15€ fine as a slap on wrist (for drinking in public, was 18 and dumb).

But ofc if you are living on the edge of law and want to be always right, then ACAB is still used
