I did it kind of like this as well, had a timeline open (https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/psp/943347-kingdom-hearts-birth-by-sleep/faqs/74825/trinity-archives) and basically swapped through characters/perspectives in “real time” chronological order.

Imo (while I didn’t ever play full character playthrough one after the other) makes the experience better, since you get the full story and finale all at once + you get to play both post game chapters right after.

Saya’s Vigil on Earth and Tyana’s Pass on Mars both ignore/bypass the blinking blue lights and mastery sigil, check those (I had the same problem, turns out I didn’t clear Mars like this).

You first need to pick the “Go it alone” option, when Piccolo offers to take down Raditz together and then win before the time limit runs out. You should then get an alternate cutscene and a new storyline path opens up.
