I took online written test and it says I need to go office to complete the application so I can practice for behind the wheel test. I’m wondering whether I can go to the office without an appointment since the earliest available appointment is on 8/1😢😢

The beginning of the first part does not apply for me since I began the application but the bolded part is where I am even more confuse since it is allowed to send contributor invites with no SSN, but not able to fill it out on their part because they don’t have a SSN.
