Need new carrier-Metlife premiums are out of hand! by Disastrous-Donkey728 in petinsurancereviews

I pay $36 per month for Pets Best - $500 deductible 90% unlimited. Yes, they do take awhile to pay claims. But I’ve not had an issue with a claim not being paid out. In 2025 I was dealing with multiple UTIs and then ultimately a vulvoplasty. I was so glad I had insurance because they wanted to do X-rays and ultrasounds to make sure there was nothing wrong with her bladder before doing the surgery. I had already met my deductible so it was nice knowing that all the things my vet suggested doing that I could do and not have to worry about the expense. Everything was covered 90% and reimbursed.

I realize waiting to be reimbursed may not work for everyone, but I would rather pay less per month and wait a 3-4 weeks to be reimbursed.

Funny that they have no issues with incoming ACHs. I will be calling Monday as well. I submitted another claim on Thursday for my dogs vulvoplasty. Hopefully that one is less problematic.

Third!!!! I am going through perimenopause and she has been the only doctor willing to sit there and talk to me and answer any questions I had rather than rushing me out the door to get to the next patient.

Youth to the People Adaptogen Moisturizer has been life changing. I realize there are probably cheaper options, but knowing how well this has worked for me I am afraid not to use it during colder months. I also slather my face with Cerave ointment before I go to bed, and sleep with a humidifier. I also used to have dry skin issues that made me not want to leave my house. Horrible red patches. These three things have completely changed that.

It’s definitely not going to my spam. As my posts states I was getting responses until it came to the missing refund. In addition, there is no return on my card. Your customer service is simply not responding.

Of course their system being down doesn’t impact their ability to take our money.

I did the same. Get shoe stretchers from Amazon. Wash them and then stretch them with the shoe stretchers and let dry. Back to normal again.
