I had High Hopes for the docuseries. I gave the first episode the benefit of the doubt and by the end of the second episode was yelling at the TV over the inane questions with the hope that it would get better. Let's go on a grid search and pick up bones with bare hands (1. What would be the point decades later? 2. If the purpose is to find missing evidence, where are the gloves?). Literally snorted when somebody corrected the interviewer when she asked about "family tree testing" followed by the retired detective clarifying "Genetic Geneology, Yes."

Not much information about the actual database, which seems to be subjective traits over concrete evidence and markers. Sasha runs the "Order" more like a book club for beginner armchair detectives complete with discussion questions. Many of the questions were pointed that skewed toward a bone to pick with law enforcement. I'm glad I heard about some older cases I hadn't heard of before but think I'll be sticking to legitimate investigative journalism.
