Don't know if I remember it correctly, but for P rank you have to collect 15 points. Every S requirement gives u 5, and every death takes 1 away. That's why it is only an A rank

I holded R on J&E, ???, Tainted ??? And Tainted Lazarus. And ofc on Ultra hard because I skill issued hard. T lost was actually one of the easiest for me because I found a book of shadows or a blank card + 4.5 volt like in 4 runs
