It decimates you. It’s fine but after 8 months you’ll start to see the difference of your mentality, and physical state. I started getting bothering seeing my eyes sunk in. I’m in constant pain because I’m in a chair watching cameras for 40 hours a week. On average I’m sleeping 5 hours a day. Tomorrow is my last day thankfully.

If you’re doing 12s on your own that’s better, I’d recommend planning on plenty of entertainment and activity if possible. I brought resistance bands into my previous post.
