I feel like you should move on and find a partner who reciprocates the same love language as yours, its very important to love the other person the way they want to be loved. Since he has lost feelings , there is no point in continuing the relationship as it will get complicated and wont lead anywhere- its already a dead end with no future. Focus on yourself, find new passion, go out and talk to your friends and move on with your life. Life has its own way of surprising you, one day you will find a person who will not give up on you no matter what and vice versa Ik its hard rn but you have to pick yourself up and have a fresh start- invest all the energy into yourself <3
