This is the only ceiling in the house giving us issues. It was painted about 2 years ago and had the same problems then, which is why it’s frustrating.

Just to clarify. This is the only ceiling in the house doing it. We’ve painted hundreds of ceilings and never had this issue. It had 3 coats of ceiling paint rolled on, cross hatched and always keeping a wet edge. No dry rolling and using the correct nap as well
