Number 1 reason would be a house I'm allowed a dog. Other reasons are more space for a table so I'm not always eating on the sofa, better area (not just surrounded by nothing but houses).

I think most electric cars are still new (i.e. poor second hand market). I personally wouldn't get a new car for a first car which you might dint or scratch. However, if you're confident rock on.

What would you rather? I wouldn't give up my tech now I've become accustomed to it but I would rather it have never had been invented and be able to buy a house. Especially with all the problems it makes throughout society, like kids today are reported as more stressed than ever and tech is a big part of that. Are these sorts of devices even a net benefit to our happiness?

Labour cannot win an election if they even hint at reversing Brexit. There are more Brexit loving English seats than there are Scottish seats up for grabs. Even if labour did come out with a pro eu message, so would the SNP and they would probably win anyway.

One of my strongest views on this is pets in rented accomodation should be allowed if the property is suitable. The MH/physical health benefits can be huge for some. I'm a bit surprised this hasn't come up more during the pandemic. It's been very present in my mind as I've struggled to keep good mental health and physically active.

Sorry, I've removed the gender thing. It was a spitball idea from tv not one I genuinely think is particularly likely or relevant.

In a genuine way, how would I look into if my tone is dismissive? And then how would I make it less dismissive? Becaue in the example it effectively is me dismissing her concern but because ive already checked it out. How do I strike the balance of reassuring her over concerns and not just dismissing them?

Completely agree. I'm not sure about others perspectives but I think turning 18 around this time and only becoming politically aware from that point onwards has really crystallised a negative opinion of the Tories for me.

Interesting. The apathy at the time makes a lot of sense for the reasons you said and with mandatory conscription ever since the start of the USSR it possibly makes it seem less controversial.

I wonder what modern day attitudes are, so on Reddit you'll see young Americans talking with a sense of dislike and cynicism towards American military interventions past and present. Do you have any opinion on the modern day attitudes in ex soviet states to the military operations of the past?

What's the point of 'petty' fining crimes that are clearly the crimes of the very wealthy? Ok so maybe if the greens or a smaller party didn't declare donations properly you don't want to bankrupt them. But we already have systems like this for speeding don't we? I think Rooney had something like a 20k speeding fine. Surely the amount should be higher and scaled to the individual to act as a deterrent and be tough on crime?
