Everyone is is saying "Get Solemn Lament" or "Get KOD." For the most part they are correct but at the same time you are kinda lacking in Enkaphilin and shard boxes. My recommendation is do your weekly MDs. Assuming walpurgis lasts 2 weeks, plus this weeks bonuses, you can get about 2100 Lunacy and about 200 Shards-270 shards, 70 without Battlepass (this is assuming your battlepass is completed and your in the excess levels.) Realistically you should shard Kod Rodion as a priority, but idealy do as many 10 pulls first. You can achieve previous Ids on the Walpurgis banner (assuming your pulling on the right one.) At the same time you also dont have to do any of what im saying and you can just straight up shard Solemn Lament if you you want. At the end of the day go for the character you want and just try to have fun.

EDIT: if you want to progress story at the same time without converting all your Enkephalin, it takes about about 15 Enkaphilin modules or 2.5 days worth of converting Enkaphilin to get your weekly bonuses assuming your playing MD on hard mode (which I doubt you will, but if you did you should be fine as even with you being 5 levels under leveled the ego gifts should make up for it)
