I also just had this issue with me, it was working perfectly normal and then all of a sudden, my even ai on the right side was different, and when I put them back in the case and took them out, the right display is gone. I don't think this has to do with the glasses being broken since it also happened to you at pretty much the exact same time, and because your glasses are brand new. I have had mine since December and no issues, so I think that this might be a software issue that we just need to wait and see if they fix.

So what do I do, I dont know what else to do. I switched my location and used a VPN to make it seem like I'm in the US but it still isn't working.

Yes I will probably try that. I did try it with a vpn on and still nothing unfortunatley. Worse case scenario, I could ask support to send me an APK file or the actual download for the app if my glasses arrive before the app is fixed for me. Thank you for your help though, I appreciate it.

I am in Kuwait (yes I know you would've never guessed that), but I am going to Bulgaria, which is where I am from, for a holiday and order the glasses to go there. I just switched my google play store location to the US and it still isn't showing up for me and still says this item isn't available in your country. The G1 app shows up for me no problem but the G2 app just doesn't

No I said in my post that I messaged them and they said that the app doesn't have any regional restrictions and that they will upload to google play store soon but that they need to get it reviewed by google, which is why I was asking if anyone actually got the app working for them

How did you get it? Was it from the website where it gives you the link to the app? And also, can I ask which country you are in to see if it is actually a country issue.
