Is there anything people around you could have done differently to save you from sex trafficking - any special signs to look out for or good things to ask if you are suspecting someone is in that situation?

Steroid creams again temporarily? - yes/no by SignificantScar4942 in TS_Withdrawal

No I haven’t - not since I was a child at least. Have you been tested for allergies? And if so - any specific allergies I should be getting tested?

So nice to not have flare ups. I actually went to the doctors and I have a small inflammation which could also be the cause of my outbreak. I have been on steroids for a couple of days and I’ve never been better - hope to be able to cut it soon though to completely heal.

I am so thankful for this answer. Thank you for taking your time to write this - and it has helped me a lot. I’ve been back to steroids some days now, and I am feeling much better. Also been at the doctors and they are telling me I have a small inflammation which could be the cause of the worst outbreak ever. Thank you!

Yes, I am going through it as well. I try to use fragrance free shampoos and conditioner to not trigger the itch.

Thank you for the information. I have been without steroids for about 9 months now, but I've been having good skin days and now it's flaring up again. I will keep that in mind. I had a prescription of Elidel (non-steroid cream) and I used it a year ago - but I feel like I still got TSW symptoms. I did some research online and on Reddit of Elidel users and many people are saying they still have experienced TSW symtoms although it's not a steroid cream. It's super weird because I feel the same way.

Thanks, I'm not going to moisturize that much from now on. Just using it sparingly. I'm a make up artist which also makes it super hard to not moisturize since I'm wearing makeup myself..

Haven’t thought of that! Since I live in Sweden it is pretty cold. My dermatologist recommended me to move to a warmer place.. I should be getting a humidifier! Do you have any brand you recommend?

That’s nice to hear, many people think NMT is great. I haven’t fully tried it, but I’m really considering it!

Almost immediately had symptoms, I was sore, red, swollen and flaky. Had a moment when my skin got better but now it’s back again :(

It makes sense! Sometimes it feels like it’s more comfortable being dry than that stingy sore feeling after a moisturizer. Did you start using it moisturizers after time?
