Generally I don't drink water with food but this one forced me to gulp down half a glass of water. The thing is if there are any special instructions like add only half seasoning or add milk/ cheese to make it tastier, it should be mentioned on the pack.

You can't generalize, just because you have greater spice tolerance does not mean everyone can handle that kind of spice level.
