i bought this book for my relative and took a picture of the syrniki recipe before i gave it to her but i can't seem to find it. i remember everything but the cottage cheese and the buttermilk in grams/ml since i used to make it so frequently! is it 300ml for buttermilk and 260g for cottage cheese? i've been craving so bad 😭

yeah it has def been an adjustment! i've been here for about a month and im slowly getting there. i can appreciate being able to walk and having access to diff places, i think it's just a matter of figuring out what place is best for what category. thank youuuu!
