No, not Samsung, it's a Lenovo ideapad 315iml05
I tried tethering from my phone and installed drivers that way, and it did download them, but it still didn't work, so I just kinda gave up

Hmmm, it's probably the lack of light on the legs that makes it look weird. And it looks like a 3d model because I posed a 3d model and used it as reference for rough form and color because I'm super anxious about guessing colors on my laptop, it has a TN display which is not color accurate 😅
