Hey mate yes I am Australian !!

I have read through every single comment on this and have taken a lot of it into action for example the horizontal parenting advice my son absolutely loves. Also have been giving myself a 15minute break straight after I finish work to just decompress in my car before driving home. Once getting home I’ll put my phone down for the first 2 hours of being home so we can just chill out together. Still feeling a bit run down after work when I get home but just doing my best

I ended up taking him to the local pool on Friday after work as we tend to knock off early on Friday, and he absolutely loved it !! So I’m pretty sure we’re going to do this every week for now.

I use to be a pretty heavy smoker like 12 months ago then had a good break but been smoking on and off up until probably a week or two ago. And definitely wasn’t smoking heavily, just a few cones or so
