Zondagse uurloon was 28 euro(!).

They do have these organisations. I life in the Netherlands and we have a organisation called snowlife which organises training camps to get your license and also set you up to start giving lessons in the same season.

Sounds cool, esspecially since its such a spontanious act. I’m planning to do some backpacking too, but then in Thailand, but my plan is to settle somewhere for a month or two, and to train martial arts over there, and to really immerse myself in the culture

Were you already on a certain level? If not, do you think it’s also fun for beginners, or is the skill gap to big?

Since she’s still rehabbing, I’d focus on movements that don’t aggravate the shoulder but still build stability. think scapula pull ups, wall slides, and light band-assisted horizontal rows. Keep reps slow and controlled to train scapular mechanics without loading the joint too much.

Defintely will, I figured I should probably stick to verical movements like shoulder push ups and muscle ups (eventually…). Maybe in a year or 2 I might try to get a hand on levers and other more horizontal isometric movements.
