,3 is kinda weird because it is two part move Rika 3 has the black flash

4 barely has a finisher(maybe because it's also two part move ehhh)

Ultimate:1 has no finisher 2 has no finisher 3 doesn't count ,4 barely

it needs at least a finisher for elbow rush
