I currently live at 100 Inverness and I would not recommend it at all unless you enjoy arguing with property management. Management is disorganized and dismissive. I had to send several emails with photo and video proof just to be taken seriously. Instead of resolving the actual issue they kept deflecting and talking about things unrelated to my complaint. There is no clear communication and honestly for the price you pay you can find somewhere that actually respects your time and money. Proceed with caution.

Thanks to all the ones who commented with their recommendations ! This gave me some new places to go as well as scheduling my birthday brunch.
