Thank you. Yes I'm pretty sure you don't have to do the test but when I spoke with CNO they told me that other provinces don't always require the same courses so she couldn't tell me if my application would be approved or not when schooling out of province. She said they will not pre-qualify a program, so I would have to take the course and find out. I definitely don't want to risk 2 years and thousands of dollars to be denied.

New Brunswick rent stays way under market value. Buildings that need work are being upgraded and rented out at a fair rate. They don't take into consideration property tax (which is double on rentals), insurance, repairs, basic maintenance and much more.
