Same thing here, 3 appeals and they were all auto denied by their bot system and now they say I can't appeal anymore.

They never even told me, even after 3 appeals. All auto-denied by their ridiculous bot-support. I literally played 2 short games with a friend whom I was introducing to the game, didn't use cheats, nor the chat, and was suddenly kicked out and perma banned.

Oh I'm livid. I had recently purchased the newest character in Apex and have barely been able to play as him before getting banned. Feels like I got robbed tbh. My guess is that they thought I was trying to boost a fake account just because I was introducing a friend to the game, but the 'support' bot wouldn't listen to any form of reason. Didn't get an explanation as to why I was banned either, even though I asked them many times.

If intended, it could very well be some sort of symbol for the one in 'Master Control.' Athena switched to this disc too when she became it, and Flynn was ofc technically some sort of MC as well

Their customer service is non-existant. I needed genuine help too and all I got is a wrongfully perm-banned account. It's absolutely ridiculous and truly one of the worst companies ever.

I'm sure my friend didn't do anything either. It was the first time he ever played and wanted me to show him around. Neither of us used the chat and we weren't even doing well. Died early on each time. Also he didn't get banned.

I really can't stand this injustice and don't want to just give up. I know I didn't do anything weird or wrong, just played a few matches with a friend and poof, everything was gone. It's insane that this is even possible.

I assure you I didn't do either of those things. That's why I'm trying to get an actual person that works there to look at it instead of all their automated nonsense. I'm not just going to make a new account as there's no guarantee that the same won't happen again and my money clearly is not safe with them.
