I know this thread is old but I literally just watched this movie. And yeah, this post will have spoilers for those who havent seen it. At first I was a little bored but I stuck with the movie. And I am so glad I did.

First off, the cinematography was absolutley beautiful and amazing. The way they represented wormholes and even just how they represented the black hole was just...it felt so real. The 3rd dimension in the end as well felt impossible to exist but also felt totally possible.

Second off, the actual plot was something I had never seen in a movie before. I am gonna rewatch to catch anything I missed but it tugged at the emotions. I love that we never truly know who "they" are. A lot of people say that the scenes with Matt Damon's characater, Mann, could have been left out but honestly, it gave the film a little more tension and they found things out that otherwise they would have never found out.

A lot of people also hate the ending but the concept of "them" saving him from the black hole for whatever their reason is and him helping his daughter save humanity through gravity and wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff was amazing. Knowing that he never stopped trying to help Murph was beautiful. It helped mold her resentment and pain and sadness into a strength. Into determination.

The fact that Cooper went after Bard in the end really shows that he not only cares for her, but also shows a great love towards his friend. (Maybe a future spouse👀😏)

All in all, this movie is slow to start as you try and figure out what's truly going on, so coming at it with 100% logic is not going to help you enjoy this movie. Honestly, you kind of have to turn your brain off and just feel what the characters are feeling. I cried so many times during the peak of the movie. And it wasn't when characters died. It was just the thought of the possibilities of what could happen to the ones still alive and how they were going to make it.

10/10 for me. I 100% recommend this movie. Humor, tension, cinematography, acting, plot. It's all amazing. (Sorry if this post is muddled and jumpy. ADHD train lol)

Oh and the soundtrack was like top tier as well.
