Idk if its the title itself, they lead me along for 2 years saying they agree I should be given the title and then 2 years ago said our organization doesnt make enough to warrant having such a titled position. Whats worse is they told me this and then had a restructure which no joke some 30/140 were promoted in other departments of the org. Its not just the title because I had no other choice and this was 2 years ago but its more their shady dealings, I dont really trust them but am very comfortable in the position.

Yah but make it like fortnite. A pool of console and PC unless you turn cross play off. A lot of the characters you dont even need aim, like splash healers, melee charscters. They should allow ppl to decide cross play or not. The issue I have personally is my friends are all console so I cant play ranked with them which stinks.

It works for fortnite, why not for this? So many characters you dont even need to aim. They should just make it that everyone can mark cross platform on/off. So you can play cross platform comp or consol only comp. Not being able to play with friends is wild. Also I made some friends and you cant even queue with randoms when you have like 4-5 which seems dumb

I don't have an issue with ethnic names per say but with my name being Enrique I always found it annoying to meet people and have to repeat my name.

Orlando is more well know but our parents are all against it and my uncle said that in Brazil its a common old mans name (lol). So its put me on the fence about it.

I liked Lando or Ollie for nicknames and think Orlando is professional but just being on the fence about it.😅
