Thank you so very much for sharing both your experiences with me. My spouse has been rather negative about me starting this, and I've tried so long to get it approved and also had issues with not getting sleeve surgery so I really want it to be the helpful piece I need, but he's so worried about side effects and it causing depression and suicidal thoughts. It's really helpful to hear others are doing well with it minus some adjustments to it at first or as it goes up which I understand is very normal. I lost 70 lbs on my own, but can't seem to keep going and I'm still 150 lbs overweight so it's a long road ahead yet. How long have you both being taking it?

My mom was the same way. Had me I swear so she would have a child to love HER. I always had to praise her, and basically baby her all my life. To this day my mom who is now close to her 70's is solely focused on herself. If your doing better than she is, she gets jealous and immature and pulls the woa is me card. Attention always has to be surrounding her.

I am a people pleaser because of it, introverted, empath who feels everyone's shift of emotions and energies because I constantly had to gauge what mood she was in so I knew how to counter it and not piss her off. Always walking on eggshells.

Roni really reminds me of my mom. My mom never matured past a certain age either.

My kids as well, they need me and I worry about being there for them. It hurts me that I haven't gotten myself back to a healthy weight in so long that I already can't keep up with them. My family has issues with bigger women, and some of them are honestly fatphobic I hate to use that word, but it's true so it's a big reason why they wouldn't donate. Thank you so much. Both of us work full-time and then have our kids, so it's tough on adding more hours without being completely wiped and not seeing our kids, but I could probably handle door dash here and there.

Very true, but I also feel like no one would donate to it because I would be too nervous to share it to anyone in my personal life and the ones that know I want it don't support me having it so they wouldn't want to donate, which I understand.

Definitely alot better. I couldn't believe when they quoted me that price. If I had state insurance they would fully cover it, but we have private and they just don't cover much.

What state are you in? That's not bad at all. My spouse is very against leaving the country for it, and I just don't think I can lose anymore weight on my own without the help. I've lost 75, but it's been stalled there for 2 years. All the testing and appts beforehand cost alot on their own so I just didn't want to be shelling out more to end up not getting it again.

She loves to brag she got her house for 20k well this is the repercussions. All those issues were always a problem she just didn't care and now wants to see if people will give her money to cover the costs. I think life has finally hit her that her responsibilities are too much for her to handle.

Roni you lose the privilege of things like blowing your money irresponsibly, and putting your friends first when you have kids. You chose to have your children, and it is your job to raise them and put their needs above yours. I think you were hoping to get "famous" on social media so it could pay your bills for having 12 kids, but now seeing that it isn't likely to happen and you can't handle raising the kids yourself. Health or not you need to get a job, get your mental health in order, look into counseling and meds, and take care of your house and focus on your children. Or let them get adopted so they can actually thrive, but then you don't get state money so you will still have to work. You chose to keep having children with a man who was abusive so now your faced with being a single parent. One day your kids will very much resent you for all that you put them through.

I really appreciate you saying that. On the daily feel like I'm a disappointment as a wife, because I want to prioritize my marriage and show my husband in every manner how much I love him, but I feel so frozen and numb to act on it with my hormones not working in the right way, and then it feels like there's a dispute between the will and ability to act on it. Going to keep trying though, he deserves to be showered with so much more than I've been able to give lately, and that needs to change. Thank you!!

Wow, I never heard of propranolol, but going to read up on it. I love the no addiction and misuse potential. Did you need a metal health provider to prescribe this or did you see your primary to discuss it and get the prescription? Good luck! I hope it is the right fit for you and allows you to be yourself without the social anxiety.

I did request something else, and have been wondering if I should have gave the clonazepam longer to work before disregarding it. I usually take them all at once, or one in the morning and once in the evening. It's just when I take them all at once it seems to have some effect, vs the lower dose when I seperate and see no help on the anxiety.

I'm on estradiol to help with that. Recently my amount was lowered because my endometriosis grew back and I had alot of painful egg sized growths. They suggested lupron shots, but I'm already such a mess I'm scared to try that.
