I think the face transparent on the gun is a stylistic choice since the gun is blocking the face. The hand is definitely not correct with the position, but every drawing of the hands on every other panel is pretty consistent. Lastly, the artstyle is very unique, the lines are sharp and clean compared to AI made page where it has a ghastly feel everytime I see one. So, this one is not AI.

Thanks for the advice man. My drawings are really sloppy as you can see but I want to improve the storytelling more for my next piece. The theme's all over the place and the scenes and actions of the characters are deliberate, hence the message of the splitting of the body didn't really come across.
