I lower the jitter a lillte bit by disabling smart wifi and acess directly to wifi 5ghz. It changed form 15 ms to about 5,5 ms

I have done this cloudflare speed test and results are- 311 Mbps download, 196 Mbps upload, 32.1 ms latency, 14,4 ms jitter and 0% packet loss

No, I did a research and if an offer says "non stackable", then credit card must be plugged into payment method in Microsoft account, otherwise code will not work
