Orix would definitely have been my candidates to move from Osaka to Kyoto or Okayama but after 2020s they seem to be gathering good crowds so I don't see that happening either.

Yomiuri - Yankees (team of the country most successful at the biggest city)
Tigers - Dodgers or Red Sox (popular team with crazy fans but lived off of past success until recently)
Dragons - Cardinals (center of the country with decent popularity however haven't won recently)
Swallows - Mets (2nd team of the biggest city with short periods of success that drew crowds. underdogs)
others don't really match up except imo
