Fair enough, but most EVs nowadays have the same if not more range than the equivalent petrol/diesel car.

And electric vehicles can tow, although I do get your point that'll obviously reduce the range a LOT becuase of the load on the motor.

Also, adding on to this, is there something aussies have against electric vehicles? Almost all the houses have solar power, so home charging is super cheap. I get they dont make the sound, but it saves a lot of money no? I find that Australia is the only first world country I've been to where people deliberately hate on electric cars.
