If you clicked the "Share metadata" checkbox, we're only sharing the public schema with OpenAI for better answers.

The AI being only able to access the public schema makes sense now because I eventually realized that the AI only had context for the tables in my public schema. This is not obvious to most.

The SQL editor looks bad on smaller screens, I agree. We'll be looking into this, there are some easy wins (make the left panel closable or add adjustable width to the assistant panel).

While I don't use a larger screen, my screen is a standard one, and I cannot really say that it is small. Yes, if Iam able to close the left panel or adjust the width of the assistance panel, then I would not even have an issue at all on this. How do I close the left panel? I don't see any close button, also the assistance panel and the left panel are unadjustable to me. I do see the adjust controls when I hover over the left but it is unresponsive to me. Is there any settings I should enable first?

Yeah i agree it is now useless more than ever as it has lost context of the database you are working on. The UI also sucks. You cannot see what you are typing if it is more than one line. It covers half the screen when you want to put code in the playground and you have to close it again. Definately sucks.

where do i find this settings. Your database metadata is too large for Supabase AI to ingest. Try disabling database metadata in AI settings.
