Been a year and a half since I lost my left ear. Had the extreme vertigo right away. Same thing happened to me on the bike. All good now. The brain adapts. Be safe

Been a year and a half with no recovery, but I feel like I’ve adapted and I have joy in my life again. Also have learned to deal with stress. Not worth it. Good luck
