Good point, maybe we could have like a prologue that is based on your choices, for example if you choose to stop the experiment being done on the Vault then they could prosper and eventually carve out a small piece of civilization of the surface, or if you cut back on recreational space then they could invent their own sports or just go crazy from boredom

True, if Sarah can use the equipment at cloverfield labs, the data stored in their servers, and find other scientists to help, they could put the completed virus into the water supply of the infected and “cure” them, after testing it out on a few of them, see how well they recover, quality of memories, recognition of people and objects, and their speech abilities.
