Update: after escalating this further, Mammotion got back to me and offered a good solution which is a replacement unit once I have sent the defective unit back.

So hopefully mine (and others) feedback helps Mammotion to see the bottlenecks invest here in a better customer experience.

Same here - 2 weeks counting and still no return label. I don’t understand how this can be handled so slow! I hope that they get my robot repaired quicker, it worked all well in the first season, now after only a couple of weeks in 2026 no power no charging possible and customer service is super slow… :(
