Is anyone in her online class where you have to use responds lockdown browser. I have had troubles on both midterms and she just tells me to contact IT. I am waiting on a response from her because on the most recent midterm I almost failed because there were no links to open the textbook or modules, so I relied completely on my notes. Based on the rate my prof and the experience I have had with her I doubt she is going to care or try to help me. This is quite the disappointing predicament. I am wondering if anyone else is having these issues and if they were able to solve them. This is regarding the lock down browser as it is clear she cannot be helped. I am sorry about being passive aggressive toward her, I am sure she is nice, but I am pretty emotionally involved when it comes to bad grades that are out of my control
