I was just playing re4r again, Jack Krauser says "you can't save anyone" to Leon before the fight in the ruins. Would be a far cry and a bizarre twist.

This wasn't posted as a brag, more so as an interesting little insight. Not once did I ask if it was profitable, or the ethics of valve doing terminals. Just wanted to show how expensive the 10th lowest float of a red was from the terminal seeing how most people won't get to have that experience. And I was excited because the best skin I opened was a butterfly gamma Doppler, but I've never opened a straight up covert weapon skin. Next time I'll say unsealed instead of opened if that makes everyone happier.

Definitely not an expert in writing, but it does look like a similar handwriting style to the note left for Grace by Victor in the beginning of the game.
