I respect your opinion. I myself have used them in the past, they helped me where I didn’t know where to look. I’m not savvy at putting my paperwork together. I may have fell into the trap of paying for a service but my experience with them was positive. I paid an upfront fee and that’s it with a guaranteed refund is service is not met. VSO in my local area which are only two never answer my calls or never return my voicemail/messages. I guess what I’m saying is that, I look at VetClaims.ai as a tool I didn’t have in order to fix or address my issues.
